Manor owner Fitzpatrick reveals new investors have been found
Abu Dhabi Grand Prix – Manor team owner Stephen Fitzpatrick has revealed that a new investor is arriving at the team. “We have agreed terms with an investor at the moment and we are still working through that and I can’t really talk more about the specifics,” he said during the Friday team’s press conference. Fitzpatrick brought the Manor team out of administration in February 2015, with the team riding largely on the reward money earned by Jules Bianchi’s ninth place finish at Monaco the previous year. Because prize money is awarded for two years, this kept them steadily on the grid for this season, which saw a heavily developed car being brought to the table. But the team...
