Ferrari engine to deliver over 1000 bhp!

 XPB Images According to Italy's Gazetto dello Sport, Ferrari 2017 challenger is expected to deliver in excess of 1000bhp, a power figure unseen since the good old turbo days of the 80s. In its bid to bridge the gap with Mercedes, the Scuderia's engineers are apparently pulling out all the stops and working in a new direction with regard to its power unit. Code-named '668', the car is scheduled to be presented on February 24. In addition to mandatory aerodynamic changes in line with 2017 regulations, Ferrari has focused its resources on redesigning the internal combustion component of the power unit.
