Toro Rosso STR12 ready for testing

Toro Rosso's 2017 preparations are on course with the team revealing that the STR12 has passed all its mandatory crash tests. This season Formula 1 is embracing a host of new technical regulations including wider front and rear wings. The width of the cars has also been increased. Toro Rosso's 2017 challenger, the STR12, is ready to roll with the team confirming via Facebook that the car has passed all the FIA crash tests. “So guys, good news… You’ve got a car to go testing with!' the team stated.
