Kobayashi stays in Super Formula for 2017

– Kamui Kobayashi will contest a third Super Formula season in 2017, it has been confirmed.Kobayashi made his debut in the Japan-based series in 2015, having dropped out of Formula 1, and took three podium finishes en route to fifth in the standings, before slipping to 17th overall last season.Kobayashi will race for KCMG, again powered by Toyota, which he represented in the WEC.Other names confirmed by Toyota for 2017 are Kazuki Nakajima, previously of Williams, and André Lotterer, a long-time frontrunner in Super Formula who also took part in one Grand Prix for Caterham.Meanwhile, New Zealander Nick Cassidy will add to his Super GT drive for the factory Lexus team by debuting in...
