Lowe joins Williams F1 as chief technical head and shareholder

Williams F1 team officially has confirmed that, ex-Mercedes technical director Paddy Lowe joined as role of chief technical officer and shareholder ahead of the 2017 F1 season. The Briton, who started his F1 career at Williams in 1987, also joins the board of directors and will run the business with deputy principal Claire Williams and chief executive Mike O'Driscoll.
