Hamilton 'ran out of grip' in first stint

– Lewis Hamilton conceded he simply "ran out of grip," during the first stint of the Australian Grand Prix, as he missed out on victory to Sebastian Vettel.Hamilton led the race from pole position but came under pressure from Ferrari rival Vettel across the opening stint, as both ran the Ultra Soft tyre.Hamilton pitted on Lap 17 for Softs and slotted in behind the yet-to-stop Max Verstappen, and was unable to overhaul the Red Bull driver.Vettel stayed out for an additional five laps before making his sole stop and emerged from the pit lane ahead of the squabbling Verstappen and Hamilton, leaping the Briton in the process.Hamilton ultimately moved into second place when...
